How to Review and Submit Your Snow Invoices

Once your technicians have completed snow services, your designated DMG District Manager will verify that the work was completed and generate a draft of your invoice. Follow the steps outlined below to review and submit your snow invoices.

 

General Flow of Reviewing and Submitting Snow Invoices

  1. Open Google Chrome.


  2. Enter http://controlcenter.dmgpro.com/ into your address bar.


  3. Sign into your DMG Pro Control Center (enter your phone number and the verification code texted to you).


  4. Click on the Invoices and Payments icon from the navigation menu.

  5. Click into an invoice pending submission.

  6. Refer to the visual below for a breakdown of an example invoice. Review your invoice for accuracy, including:
  7. Once you have reviewed your invoice and made any necessary adjustments, click Review & Submit.

  8. You will be prompted to confirm your invoice is ready to be submitted to DMG. If all of the details look correct, click Submit.

  9. Once submitted, your DMG District Manager will review your invoicing details. Once verified and approved by your DM, they will send your invoice to our Accounting & Finance department for processing and payment.

 

How to Add Service Lines

If you need to add a service line to a visit on your invoice, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Add Service Line Item.

  2. Add the following details:
    • Date & Time of Service - select the date and time the service was completed
      • Please note: you can only indicate a date and time that falls within the visit's Check-In Time and Check-Out Time
    • Service Line Item - select the type of service that was completed from the dropdown
      • the options that appear within the service line item dropdown correlate with the available options listed within your agreement
    • Reason(s) - describe the reason(s) you are manually adding a service to your invoice
    • Attachment(s) - upload any photos or documents you would like to include that relate to the service line (optional)

  3. Once you have added all of the necessary information, click Done.

  4. The service line will now be listed on your invoice.

How to Add Visits

If you need to add an additional visit to your invoice, follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Click Add Visit.

  2. Add the following details:
    • Visit Check-In - select the date and time your crew arrived at the service location to begin work
      • Please note: you can only indicate a date and time that falls on/after the Event Start Date and before the Event End Date (listed at the top of your invoice)
    • Visit Check-Out - select the date and time your crew completed the work at the service location
      • Please note: you can only indicate a date and time that falls after the Event Start Date and before/on the Event End Date (listed at the top of your invoice)
    • Date & Time of Service - select the date and time the service was completed
      • Please note: you can only indicate a date and time that falls within the Visit Check-In and Visit Check-Out (selected previously)
    • Service Line Item - select the type of service that was completed from the dropdown
      • the options that appear within the service line item dropdown correlate with the available options listed within your agreement
    • Reason(s) - describe the reason(s) you are manually adding a visit to your invoice
    • Attachment(s) - upload any photos or documents you would like to include that relate to the service line (optional)AV2.png

  3. Once you have added all of the necessary information, click Done.

  4. The visit will now be listed on your invoice.
