The service agreements between your business and DMG for the execution of routine services are crucial to our mutual understanding and transparency to the expectations of our partnership. Before an agreement is activated, you* must review and accept the pending service agreements within the My Agreements page of your DMG Pro Control Center.
*Anyone with the Admin role on your team can accept agreements.
How to Review and Accept Agreements
- Open Google Chrome.
- Enter http://controlcenter.dmgpro.com/ into your address bar.
- Sign into your DMG Pro Control Center (enter your phone number and the verification code texted to you).
- Click on the My Agreements icon from the navigation menu.
- Click into the Awaiting Signature tab of your My Agreements page.
- Click into the agreement that needs to be signed.
- Review the details within the agreement.
- If you wish to accept the agreement*, click Accept Agreement. Clicking Accept Agreement serves as your signature on the agreement and confirmation that you have read and agree to the agreement’s terms.
*If you do not understand or do not agree with the details of the agreement, you may click Reject Agreement. Please call your DMG Field contact to discuss your concerns or reasons for rejecting the agreement prior to rejecting it.
- Once accepted, you can either download a copy of the agreement, or request to terminate the agreement.
- The accepted contract will either move to the Active tab or the Upcoming tab of your My Agreements page, depending on the service start date. Each of the agreement statuses and their meanings are listed below:
- Active - agreements that you have accepted/signed that are within the start and end dates tied to the agreement
- Awaiting Signature - agreements that have been sent to you from DMG that you have not yet reviewed and accepted/signed
- Upcoming - agreements that have been accepted/signed, but whose start date is in the future
-
Terminated - agreements that have either been terminated or expired (i.e., whose end date is in the past)
