How to Print Sign-Off Sheets

Some of our customers require the use of sign-off sheets. When sign-off sheets are required, technicians are expected to list and describe the things they used and did onsite on a physical form, then get the form signed by the manager on duty at the customer location. Currently, technicians are not able to access nor print sign-off sheets from their DMG Pro technician app, so sign-off sheets must be printed from the DMG Pro Control Center and given to your technician(s) before they go onsite.

Submitting Completed Sign-Off Sheets to DMG

Once your technician has filled out their sign-off sheet and received the appropriate signature(s) from the customer, the technician should take a picture of the completed sign-off sheet through the DMG Pro technician app.* If the technician does not take a picture of the completed sign-off sheet through the technician app, be sure to upload the sign-off sheet to the job invoice under “Other Photos & Documents” before submitting your invoice to DMG for approval.

*Please note: A picture of the sign-off sheet does not count toward the minimum number of after photos required for each job. After photos should showcase the work the technician completed onsite. Once the technician has taken at least the minimum number of required after photos of the impact area(s) onsite, they should add an additional photo of their completed sign-off sheet.
