🎥 Adding a License

Who adds license information?

Each technician is responsible for adding their own license information within their DMG Pro Tech app profile.

Why add license information?

You will not be able to see opportunities that require a license to complete until a license has been uploaded.

How do technicians add license information?

1. Using your smart phone, open the DMG Pro tech app.
   
   
   
2. Click Profile.
   
   
   
3. Click the edit icon next to the Licenses header.
   
   
   
4. Select the state in which you are licensed and the type of license you hold.
   
   
   
5. For each license added, you must:
   • either take a new photo of your license or upload one from your camera roll
   • select the related service line
   • enter the date on which the license was issued
   • enter the date on which the license is set to expire
   • add your license ID (optional field)
     
6. Once you have verified all of these details, click Save. You can either continue adding licenses, or, if you have added all of the licenses you wish to at the moment, click Save again.
   
   
   
7. The license(s) you add will be listed under "Licenses."
